The Eau Claire Community Foundation strives to maximize investment income while managing financial risks prudently. Our Investment Committee, which is composed of members with strong business and/or investment backgrounds, monitors all investments on a regular basis. The committee makes the recommendations to our Board of Trustees, which holds the ultimate responsibility for finalizing the ECCF’s investment decisions.
The Eau Claire Community Foundation’s investment objective is to earn a return that allows donors to make numerous and significant grants while maintaining the future giving power of their endowments.
The investment portfolio is managed by Orgel Wealth Management. The objectives are detailed in the Foundation’s Investment Policy. Information regarding our investment consultants and performance is available upon request.
The Independent Auditor’s Reports and 990 forms give more information about the ECCF’s current finances. CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP prepares the audit report and Wipfli, LLP prepares the 990 forms.
The Eau Claire Community Foundation is confirmed in compliance with National Standards for U.S. Community Foundations.
